CDC and state guidelines dictate that during any gathering people should social distance 6 feet or more from one another or wear masks. For the artists to do the beautiful face painting and tattoos that they do, they need to be in close proximity, closer than 6 feet from your guests. Therefore, mask wearing is necessary! That creates bit of a problem when the artist is painting a face!
